There needs to be a rapid response from the authorities to a week of ’mayhem’ in Kildare Town, according to local councillor Tony O’Donnell. Over the course of the past week, the town has witnessed a number of worrying criminal acts including: * a local man being shot in the head with a pellet gun, and then robbed Kildare residents should take care when leaving out their bins, according to local councillor Tony O’Donnell. His call follows a number of incidents around Kildare Town where household bins have been set alight and reduced to ashes.
